These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the All People Powered SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number to All People Powered, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
All People Powered operates an SMS outreach program to notify prior event attendees and community members about our accelerator program, pitch contest, and related events — including our live concert and pitch event on April 11th, 2026 in Oakland, CA.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. You can expect to receive a small number of messages per campaign period (typically 1–3 messages per event cycle).
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about your plan's SMS or data rates.
4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from All People Powered at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.

6. Eligibility
This SMS program is available to individuals in the United States who have voluntarily provided their mobile number to All People Powered at an event or through our website.
7. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio on our behalf.
